The price is based on the size of the stage – Width x Depth x Height.  We also factor in Delivery & Set Up Charges, which are in addition to the stage platform rentals.  Lastly, if you need safety rails, stairs, a skirt, or special type of top such as carpet, Marley, or something else.  We are happy to provide you with a quote based on the equipment and services you require.

Our 4×4 platforms are priced @ $50/ea, while our 4×8 platforms are priced @ $100/ea.  We also offer other sizes per your requirements.  Braces, Safety Rails, Carpets, Skirting, Delivery, and Set Up are all additional charges.

We bill at a per day rate for our stage platforms.  However, we do offer daily, weekly, and monthly pricing for all stage rentals.  Just let us know how long you require the stage rental and we’ll be happy to work with you to figure out the best fit for your budget.

Of course.  We offer three different types of stage rental options:

1. DIY Rental – You come to our warehouse and pick up the equipment, and set it up at your event.  We do require a Certificate of Insurance for all customer self-rentals.  While it is not that complicated to set up our stages, we do require anything over 24″ to be delivered and set up by our team as special bracing would be required, as well as safety rails.  In addition, you will need a cargo van or larger to accommodate the platform.  We will help you load up, but 2 people will be required to unload and move around.
   
   
2. DELIVERY ONLY – We can deliver to your location, and you have the option of setting it up yourself.  We offer curbside delivery, and you would be required to meet our driver for the hand off.  Our drivers are not allowed to leave their vehicles unattended. 
   
   
3. DELIVERY & SET UP – We do everything, so you can focus on other aspects of your event.

This is a common question we receive all the time.  Unfortunately, there is no standard stage.  EVERY stage is different.  We calculate all stages based on the Width, Depth, and the Height.

Anything higher than 24″, we do require bracing and safety rails for your safety.  If children will be on the platform, then we suggest safety rails for anything higher than 12″.  If this is taking place in a public venue such as a park, street, or similar, you may need to secure a temporary building permit.  You would need to discuss this is your permit contact.  In addition, some private venues have their own requirements for building temporary stages.
