Our stage decks are built with high-quality materials, featuring frames made from 6005-T5 four-sided extruded aluminum tubes and corners designed with the same 6005-T5 extruded aluminum. These frames consist of eight interlocking pieces that are bolted together, enabling straightforward repairs in the field. This design allows for damaged decks to be efficiently fixed, offering our customers a cost-effective alternative to replacing them. The decks are securely joined using our Dual Lock™ system, a cam-type coffin lock that provides an impressive 2,500 pounds of tensile strength. This lock can be easily activated from either the top or bottom of the deck using a standard 5/16 Allen key. This unique locking mechanism adds extra stability to the entire stage structure.
All decks come standard with 3/4″ hook Velcro on all sides of the deck, positioned in a recessed aluminum channel designed to protect the Velcro.
