In order to finalize your rental, we will need a copy of your ID & Credit Card on file prior to equipment release. These documents are only accessible by our Billing Manager, who uses this information for security and verification purposes. It is also required by our Insurance Company before any equipment can be released. Failure to submit the required documents, may result in the delay or cancellation of your order.
These documents remain on file for a period of 30 Days, after which they are automatically deleted from our system. If you rent again after the 30 Day Period, you will need to resend these documents.
